In Home Physiotherapy Appointments in Northamptonshire

We feel the word restore encompasses both what you guys want when you pick up the phone or drop us an email, and also what our physio’s number 1 goal is...to restore your body’s equilibrium, and restore your ability to function at the level you want.

We understand that when injury is in its acute stages whether that’s post surgery or following a significant change in your health, it is not always possible to travel to our clinic.

This is why we offer our home visits as part of our comprehensive service offering at Move4 Physio.

Our therapist will come to your home, armed with the necessary bits of equipment needed to discuss, assess and manage your issues.

Your premium home physiotherapy assessment will last up to 40 minutes.

Alongside a deep discussion around your injury history and current problems, there will be an element of functional assessment and rehabilitation. You will be provided with several exercises to address any issues that your physio finds, and these will either be provided in writing for you or recorded on your smart phone so that you have something to refer to.

The outcome you get from physiotherapy is only ever as good as your commitment to rehab in between your appointments, this is why we strongly encourage our patients to carry out their rehab EXACTLY as prescribed in the consultation.

As you will be moving around (dependant upon your issue of course), please wear appropriate clothing which will allow free movement for yourself, and allow the physiotherapist access to the relevant area ie. if you are struggling with a stubborn shoulder pain, then for our female clients, a vest top would work perfectly.

By the end of the initial appointment we will provide you with a breakdown of our findings, a list of ways we should manage these issues and a plan of action moving forward.

Our aim is to get you back in control and moving the way you want.
