Physio led Pilates classes are a great way to get back into exercise. Booked as a block of 6 classes, these classes last just under 60 minutes.
Your physio will have a conversation with you prior to the first class, ensuring the level of class is appropriate for you, and to give you opportunity to inform the physiotherapist issues you have which you feel need addressing.
